'We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist to join our innovative Research and Development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments related to clinical development. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of novel therapeutics and work alongside a team of world-class scientists' .

As Head of Commercial within Sanofi Poland, you’ll join Sanofi Poland's dynamic leadership team, driving growth across our diverse portfolio in a market generating over €200M in sales. You'll have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute innovative commercial strategies while leading a talented team in one of our key European markets within our MCO Central and South Europe.

Your role will be pivotal in implementing our ambitious growth strategy, focusing on delivering exceptional results through our Customer First Operating Model and modern omnichannel approaches. Main responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets and top-line growth through efficient execution of sales & customer engagement plans for Poland's Established Products, Immunology, and Rare Disease portfolios

• Implement and refine Customer First principles to ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional results

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and centralized hubs to maximize sales execution and foster innovation

• Champion Sanofi's core values, corporate commitments, and compliance guidelines throughout the organization

• Develop and lead the self-organized commercial franchises Immunology, One Rare and Established Products, fostering a culture of servant leadership, entrepreneurship, and data-driven decision-making

• Continuously develop team talents and capabilities, encouraging a strong customer-centric spirit

• Actively contribute to the Pharma/General Business Unit Multi-Country Organization leadership team's success, driving International Pharma and overall Sanofi growth

• Implement transformations, including cultural and operational changes, with robust change management while maintaining business continuity

• Accelerate and scale up new operating models (e.g., digital-first, digital pure play) by leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and Sanofi's global frameworks

• Ensure full alignment with Multi-Country Organization strategies and pricing, fostering seamless collaboration with Multi-Country Organization franchise teams

• Champion transversal ways of working and efficiently implement new Sanofi initiative
  

About you

    Experience:

• Proven track record of performance in managing business operations in complex and demanding industries

• Experience outside of Poland in a multi country environment is a plus

• Deep understanding of local commercial operations, market needs, and dynamics

• Extensive digital experience with a customer-facing approach and go-to-market expertise

• Experience leading and inspiring small operational teams

• Solid operational marketing, sales, and digital experience

  Soft Skills:

• Transformative leader and value creator with the ability to adapt to new ways of working, such as Agile methodologies

• Capacity to challenge the status quo to enhance business efficiency

• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in external partnerships and alliances

• Exceptional at building trusting relationships across ecosystems

• High levels of business partnering and stakeholder management skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  Technical Skills:

• Strong business acumen for speed and flawless execution

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in business contexts

• Ability to implement and manage customer relationship management systems

  Languages:

• Fluent in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
