The Sanofi INROADS Internship launches your career to the next level through a robust 10-week assignment giving you a broad overview of Manufacturing Technology (MTech). Our program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders and participate in various initiatives.

Department Description:

The Manufacturing Technology (MTech) department drives the vaccines industrialization and the improvement of processes and products. It embarks new technologies as well as digital trends and is the keeper of manufacturing process knowledge. MTech is at the crossroads of R&D and production and is a multi-disciplinary function. MTech provides expertise in process, manufacturing sciences, process modeling, statistical analysis, process validation and technology transfer. Commitment and solidarity are key drivers within the MTech department.

The Global MTech organization is the seeding ground for technical and scientific talents whose work is executed throughout a large network that offer’s multiple possible career evolutions. Furthermore, Global MTech is providing cross-functional training and development that is the portal for collaboration within many different organizations: R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulation and Quality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Student shall be mentored by Sanofi Data Scientists in data engineering, modeling, and visualization.

• Work closely with key stakeholders within the Manufacturing Technology department to understand and share knowledge related to technical processes.

• Provide support maintaining and building analytical dashboards.

• Perform exploratory data engineering on new data sources as well as exploration/analysis.

• Build predictive models to aid in manufacturing processes.

About you

Basic qualifications:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), math/statistics, industrial engineering, or a similar STEM field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027.

• Candidate must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.

• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship.

• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

• A strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader.

• Desire to learn about Pharmaceutical and Vaccine production.

• Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to work effectively on a team.

• Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills – knows how to prioritize.

• Background in Biology

• Knowledge of JMP software
