About the Job

Strategic Business Partner CSE MCO is dedicated for defined scope (currently the scope is planned to be: Vaccines and Digital, Privacy & Security functions).

Serving as a driver of Sanofi’s positive Ethical culture, this role works strategically with assigned MCO GBU or Function serving as stakeholders’ key partner and proactive advisor on EBI related matters within their area of responsibility.

Strategic Business Partner CSE MCO have an overview of their businesses, proactive partnership with their management to enable a sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk taking.

You will identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas and domains of potential vulnerabilities, inefficient or ineffective processes and partner with them to optimize the processes in compliance with company’s values

You will provide independent judgment in assessing EBI matters, develop remediation strategies, and provide strategic oversight of the Sanofi EBI program.

Main responsibilities:

• Partner proactively with management to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk-taking across assigned areas.
• Lead the effective implementation of Sanofi Global Ethics & Business Integrity Strategy in the Czech Republic and Poland.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and potential vulnerabilities, partnering with stakeholders to optimize processes in compliance with company values and Code of Conduct.
• Steer and measure the efficacy of the EBI program, recommending and following action plans with leadership teams.
• Ensure timely implementation of global policies/standards/best practices in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi E&BI standards.
• Solve complex EBI issues that may potentially impact the Company's reputation.
• Lead EBI program elements across MCO, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Ensure EBI Committee is held regularly and effectively, covering all matters with major impact on Sanofi's EBI program.
• Collaborate with other Sanofi assurance functions for better risk management and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally to foster leadership, thoughtful risk-taking, and design solutions for patients.

About You

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading compliance topics at pharmaceutical/healthcare multinational companies.
• Knowledge of the global and domestic pharmaceutical industry.

Education:

• University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Finance or Legal.

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong business acumen with deep understanding of healthcare business, applicable laws and regulations.
• Strategic thinking abilities with proven experience in change management.
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach with high ethical standards.
• Strong communication capabilities and interpersonal skills to lead and influence across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage complex situations and conflicts effectively.
• Experience in building and maintaining business networks.

Languages:

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
