Specialty Care - Regional Marketing Manager - Guangzhou

Main responsibilities:

· Participation in national strategic planning and marketing technical budget plan development                                           

· Regional tactical cycle plans development/execution and local market info reporting to central                                                                         

·Regional brand management including organizing Brand Champain and managing Regional KOL                                

·Regional market intelligence

·Other duties, as assigned

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1.Education:

* Minimum bachelor’s degree

* Major in medical, pharmacy is desired, other majors such as biology, biological chemistry and marketing will also be considered

2.Experience & knowledge:

* At least 3-5 years‘ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or consulting firm with extensive health care experience

* Experience in multinational company is must

3.Core competencies:

* Good level of English language (spoken/written)

* Proactive and independent attitude

* Strong analytical skills and learning agility

* Experience with building forecast models, valuations, PowerPoint presentations

* Excellent project management skill

* Good team working and cross-functional capability

* Adaptability/Flexibility
