About the job:

Plavix, Multaq, and Zenon are key products in Sanofi's Global Products portfolio under General Medicine. As an E2E Supply Chain Product Planner, your job will be to manage the supply chain planning of this portfolio considering demand, industrial capacity, launch, lifecycle, portfolio optimization, and phase-in/phase-out transitions, aligning with business objectives and collaborating across the supply chain. You’ll leverage an Advanced Planning System, a digital twin and AI-powered apps.

Main responsibilities

IBP Horizon

· Own product supply chain by validating net demand and supply response across all nodes (E2E) in Advanced Planning System on IBP horizon and understand key changes vs. previous cycle

· Decide on escalations of exceptions on demand replenishment and deployment rules

· Simulate scenarios across the network to develop risk management plans, address large scale supply issues, and in response to Global Business Units demand scenarios

S&OE horizon

· Conduct Distribution Requirements planning

· Understand and evaluate the impact and risk of supply, and drive issue mitigation in collaboration with sites

· Adhere to S&OE process

Products Inventory Management & optimization:

· Implement inventory strategy and set inventory planning parameters (safety stock, max stock) in Advanced Planning System across all nodes

· Monitor and adjust inventory levels in Advanced Planning System

- Creation and update of Master Data in Advanced Planning System: maintain product related planning parameters (e.g. safety stocks, Bills of distribution, Production Versions), and orchestrate changes across the Supply Chain network

Long term Strategy Support:

· Support the E2E Supply Chain Product Leader in strategic tasks such as product driven strategic planning and budget planning

· Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to facilitate long-term planning and decision-making

· Incorporate strategic decisions into planning and systems (e.g., Product to be produced in new site to reflect in planning system)

About you

Experience:

· Managed Supply Chain (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management)

· Contributed to Financials and Budgeting

· Conducted data-driven analysis and communicated findings to management team

· Experience in matrix environments (cross Functional and multi-location stakeholders’ management)

· Capacity to work transversally (with different functions such as market SC-BP, Site product planner, External manufacturing....)

Soft and technical skills:

· Advanced knowledge of Demand Forecast and Supply Management

· Solid grip on IBP process

· Knowledge of Advanced Planning System, such as Kinaxis (Maestro from Rapid Response).

· Knowledge of SAP, Digital Twin and AI-driven solutions is a plus.

Education:

· Master of Science or master’s degree in engineering or supply chain

· APICS certification is an asset

· Languages: fluent in English
