In this role you will ensure the support of 8 lawyers from the team (including 3 Managers). Global M&S lawyers are located in France, Germany and the US (Boston).

Main responsibilities:

• To ensure administrative support: management of diaries, e-mails, classification and archiving

• Prepare and organize meetings, events and travel

• Manage the integration and departure process for trainees (average 4/year) and new team members (Passport/Square tools)

• Create, track and update the various documents related to the function

• Monitor the establishment and signing of contracts in collaboration with the CCoE (Coupa tools or eSign adobe)

• Actively collaborate in the organization and updating of the “Teams” and “Sharepoint” (under construction) of the global team Europe and US

• Track purchase requests (eBuy), department budget, and specific budget in connection with law firms/notaries (Tymetrix tool)

• Record and track disputes in the Legisway tool

• Ensure cohesion and liaison with the other two assistants of the Legal R&D team (US/Germany) and with the assistants of LE&BI

• Knowledge or affinity with Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) is advantageous

• Adaptable, organized, discreet, rigorous, and autonomous

• Positive attitude with ability to make strong proposals

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including: good team spirit, cross-functional collaboration​

• Verbal and written fluency in French and English
