Main responsibilities:

• C2R activities (L1 ticketing, answering basic questions, saving medical certificates, translating and updating articles)
• Reporting activities (sending reminders to stakeholders on pending activities)
• If interested, could learn PLC activities gradually (hiring, termination)
  

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) preferably in the field of Human Resources
• Min. 20-hour availability/week with flexible scheduling

Soft and technical skills:

• Good MS Office knowledge (word, excel)
• Team player
• Solution oriented
• Eager to learn
• No prior work experience needed

Languages:  English C1 and Italian B2/C1 knowledge is a must, Spanish is an advantage
