Main responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and executing a range of initiatives to improve the efficiency of reporting across CEE countries.

• Lead and promote a culture of data driven approaches to contribute to country strategic and executional choices and constructively challenge the business

• Run analysis and generate business insights that drive business growth:
  sellout selling, customer dashboards, ecommerce, innovation analysis

• Cooperate with leadership to understand the goals, requirements and priorities and translate into advanced BI solutions

• Provide facts-based recommendations to improve business performance

• Lead BI community (search for new solutions, inspiration, training, guidance)

• Design and develop automated reports and dashboards (clear, user friendly, insightful and tailored)

• Manage various data systems, models

• Maintain and further develop Power BI

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrate solid experience working with PowerBI tools such as data modelling, DAX, and Data Visualization.

• Have a deep understanding of working with Excel being able to fix correlations and produce projections in Excel, Power Query and Power Table.

• Have knowledge or experience working with automation tools.

• Be confident in programming with SQL or similar relational databases.

• Be able to effectively communicate with both written and verbally to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluency in English is needed
