Main responsibilities:

• Support A2R BUD Hub service line with preparation of monthly/quarterly documentation for mandatory controls, SOX controls for all countries in scope for Budapest HUB
• Check manual journal entries (timeliness, completeness, quality control)
• Check account reconciliations (timeliness, completeness, quality control)
• Support internal and external audit.
• Follow up open action points with owners
• Support yearly internal control self-assessment, and internal control team testing
• Support A2R service line head and A2R managers with other ad hoc reporting requests

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies studying a degree in Finance or Economics or related subjects
• min. 30-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel, Power BI (advantageous)
• Experience of SAP FICO and other accounting tool
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good analytical skills having great learning agility.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Team player with strong communication skills and adaptability
• Ability to interact with internal clients

Languages:

• English in advanced level, other European language is a plus
