Your job, as Regional Qualification Manager within our M&S Services Bogota Hub, will be acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate clear objectives and goals, manage the team, assign and follow up on activities, and align team activities with the overall strategic direction of the regional hub.
• Oversee the preparation and issuance of documentation, including protocols and reports, and ensure timely and accurate completion of all report issuance tasks.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identify skills gaps, and provide targeted training and development opportunities.
• Report on team performance, challenges, and achievements to the regional qualification team manager
• Ensure all report issuance activities comply with established internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal customers (sites) to understand their needs and expectations
• Develop and implement processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction

About you 

• Experience:  Professional experience for at least 4 years in qualifications-validation departments in the pharmaceutical sector, medical devices, and/or biotechnology. Experience in the complete processes of regulatory inspections and leading teams of professionals in technical areas.
• Soft and technical skills:   Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments, accountable, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams flexibly and proactively, proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills, strong analytical skills. Experiencie working with quality systems (Veeva, Kneat), Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, engineering, or related field.

• Languages:   Advance english level is a MUST.
