Main responsibilities

• Support the review, approval, and management of promotional materials and activities to ensure they meet legal and ethical standards.
• Assist in preparing and submitting promotional content to relevant health authorities.
• Help evaluate both promotional and non-promotional materials for compliance with national regulations and company policies.
• Respond to internal questions related to promotional practices, materials, and partnerships with patient associations.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of internal training sessions on ethical promotion and advertising guidelines.
• Update and maintain content in the internal repository of regulations related to prescription drug promotion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional activities across the organization.

About you

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset, with a desire to contribute and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Able to stay organized and focused while handling multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools like Canva or similar design platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).
• Willingness to participate in an official training program during the Graduate Program year.
