Data Visualization Engineer

You are a data visualization engineer with a proven track record in design and development of enterprise data visualization solutions.  You have a keen eye to understand the business needs and deliver innovative and intuitive visual analytics solutions. You tell stories with data, bridging the gap using user-centered design and cutting-edge technologies, you aspire to make data-driven design decisions, and above all, you want to be involved in using data to create beautiful stories that matter. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring your own perspectives on Data Visualization. You are highly motivated, with a passion for data modeling, analytics, and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the visualization strategy and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needs

• Design and develop end-to-end visual analytics solutions using best practices in usability and user experience

• Build dashboards and reports that deliver strategic, operational, and tactical insights

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, analysts, engineers, and business partners to ensure performance, security, and maintainability

• Promote and contribute to visualization standards, best practices, and community knowledge sharing

• Support enterprise systems following ITIL/ITSM practices

• Document repeatable processes and support automation initiatives

• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and SOPs

About you

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in data visualization and delivering interactive dashboards

• Strong expertise in Power BI (architecture & development)

• Proficiency in DAX, KPIs, hierarchies, and data modeling concepts

• Solid communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team

• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell), and security models

• Familiarity with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), along with Agile and DevOps practices

• Bonus: Experience in pharma/healthcare data
