Since 2022, we've grown from a small team in Paris to over 300 people across three Accelerators: Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing & Supply. We build the digital products that change how medicines are discovered, developed, and delivered.

You'll work on digital products at the heart of Sanofi's strategy. Products that are already changing how we discover, develop, and deliver medicines.

Commercial Accelerator: Transform how we engage with healthcare professionals and patients. This could mean working on Turing, our next-best-action engine, or building the platforms behind Sanofi.com.

R&D Accelerator: Build AI-powered tools that accelerate drug discovery. Since launching in early 2024, this team has already identified seven new therapeutic targets. You could work on Patient Digital Twin technology improving predictive accuracy for personalized medicine.

Manufacturing & Supply Accelerator: Create digital twins, IoT solutions, and predictive AI that transform how we manufacture and distribute medicines globally. This includes plai, which predicts 80% of stock disruptions.
You'll operate like you're in a startup: with the backing of a global biopharma company.
True cross-functional collaboration You’ll work daily with extraordinary data scientists, engineers, designers, and agile coaches. Not in handoffs. Not in silos. Side-by-side.
You'll make real decisions Your team sets its own goals, runs retrospectives, and continuously improves. Decisions are made by the people closest to the work: that's you.
You'll co-create, not just deliver You won't build products and hand them off. You'll co-create with R&D, Commercial, and M&S teams as true partners: shared goals, shared accountability.
