As Finance Business Partner for Tours Site within our Manufacturing & Supply Finance team, you'll deliver strategic financial insights and partner with operational leaders to drive performance at one of Sanofi's key manufacturing sites. Ready to get started?

Built in 1967, our Tours pharmaceutical production facility is one of the leading industrial enterprises in Indre-et-Loire. Main responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and Group standards.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to operational management, delivering financial insights and challenging assumptions to drive optimal decision-making.
• Lead the development of entity forecasts, including Budget, Trends, and Long Range Plans, while monitoring key performance indicators tied to site activities.
• Maintain legal responsibility for all finance matters within scope, including financial statement preparation and compliance with Group policies.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for operational, strategic, and project-related matters, including new opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with established timelines.
• Oversee reporting, accounting, financial systems, treasury, and tax functions, optimizing resources while minimizing risk exposure.

About you

Experience:

• Proven track record in finance roles such as controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering

• Experience in manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities,
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• ability to challenge and influence operational leaders

Education:

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French
