About the job
As Portfolio Strategy Associate VIE within Global Regulatory Portfolio Strategy & Innovation team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the evolution of our Blueprint model.
Blueprint is GRA’s approach to developing regulatory strategies with the ambition to achieve ONE Regulatory voice and deliver well-differentiated, value-added, sustainable products with competitive product labels.
In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and deployment of the Blueprint framework, helping to strengthen our operating model, simplify ways of working, and ensure alignment across processes, governance, templates, and roles & responsibilities. You will work closely with key stakeholders across GRA, gaining exposure to global regulatory strategy, organizational design, and transformation at scale.

Main responsibilities:
GRA Blueprint Model Support & Enhancement
- Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the GRA Blueprint Model across US-based regulatory teams, ensuring consistent adoption and effective use.
- Contribute to Blueprint model evolution by gathering user feedback, documenting lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the development and delivery of Blueprint training materials and onboarding programs for new users.
Project Risk Management & PRS Implementation
- Support GRA project risk management capability building by coordinating training sessions and providing user support for the R&D project risk management tool.
- Assist in quality control of risk data migration and new risk entries to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Support the end-to-end PRS (Probability of Regulatory Success) process implementation, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute to transparent PRS tracking from team proposals through governance endorsement.
Digital Transformation & AI Integration
- Coordinate with regulatory Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and feedback for TRACY (Trusted Regulatory AI Companion for You) and other digital initiatives.
- Support testing cycles and user acceptance activities for regulatory digital tools.
- Help identify opportunities for process digitalization and automation within Portfolio Strategy workflows.
Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in coordinating the GRT and GRA Strategy & Innovation Forum, including logistics, content preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and communications for TPSC meetings and other governance forums.
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure information is accessible and up-to-date.
About you
Experience:
- At least 1-year full time experience working in the pharmaceutical /biotechnology industry.
- Experience with project coordination or cross-functional team collaboration.
- Exposure to regulatory affairs, drug development, or related R&D functions is a plus.
Soft and technical skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with SharePoint and collaborative digital platforms.
- Interest in AI/digital tools and regulatory data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn new software tools and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a matrixed environment.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to build relationships across cultures and geographies.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about regulatory strategy and drug development.
Education:
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or related scientific discipline.
Languages:
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
