The Senior Analyst Market Research will provide deliverables that support planning and decision-making across multiple functional areas, such as finance, manufacturing, product development, and commercial. This role ensures high-quality deliverables, drives synergies across franchises, fosters innovation, and creates scalable, shareable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·Support the execution of market research projects

  • Support in the contracting of each market research project, ensuring that POs are raised according to SOPs in a timely manner

  • Onboard vendors and ensure they are completing required steps in iTracker at each stage of the market research project

  • Draft research materials (questionnaires, discussion guides, etc.) and manage market research vendors.

  • Keep track of project progress to ensure timelines and fieldwork requirements are met

  • Play a role in the development of fieldwork materials and stimuli and upload final versions to the required systems for review by the relevant parties

  • Co-ordinate review of fieldwork materials (e.g. translations) and stimuli with local markets

  • Listen to interviews / review early data to determine any changes required and expedite the delivery of early insights to the team

  • Provide feedback to vendors on market research reports and ensure insights are actionable

  • Take part in, and support, market research readouts to the brand teams

    • Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks – with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement

    • Actively lead and develop SBO operations associates and ensure new technologies are leveraged

    • Initiate the contracting process and related documents within defined timelines; and

    • Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning and setting up the timelines and maintaining budget

·Performance:

  • Refresh Existing Reports and identifies improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools and as needed structure / functionality with the latest insights as they become available

  • Create dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information and enable business decisions

  • Works to develop deal tracking analytics and reporting capabilities

  • Collaborates with Digital to enhance data access across various sources, develop tools, technology, and process to constantly improve quality and productivity

  • Partner with lead market researcher across the Sanofi and alliance based primarily, but not exclusively, in the US, for high quality execution and on time delivery of the market research projects

  • Drives and leads project management through various phases of the project including kick-off, execution, insight generation and data visualizations

  • Coordinates feedback on research materials development (e.g., screeners, questionnaires) across the alliance and key market stakeholders before project initiation

  • Participates in relevant project scoping discussions led by market research lead to understand and finalize key business questions and market research needs overall

  • Collaborates with research vendor and Sanofi market research leads to develop, share final report and to provide recommendations

  • Learn Sanofi compliance requirements and internal processes to initiate new market research projects and then ensure projects are executed compliantly and lead to on time delivery

  • Provide appropriate context for study findings based on prior market research, including secondary sources

  • Performance indicators: Adherence to timeline, quality target

·Process:

oSupport delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, coordination, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards for deliveries made by the MR team, including scientific documents and clinical/medical reports

oContribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for the output produced by the MR team; and

oSecure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards

oRefresh report on frequency/cycle basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually), along with QC checks for each refresh

oUse latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to provide support on all sort of regular and adhoc business insights and analytics activities like build, maintenance, and enhancements of such systems

oAbility to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBU

oPerformance indicators: Feedback from stakeholders on satisfaction with deliverables Adherence to plan/calendar

oWork closely with global teams and/ external vendors to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated deliverables also to prioritize work and deliver on time-sensitive requests

oBe able to effectively provide and defend gathered intelligence, methodology, content, and conclusions to the global leadership in a clear, concise format

oPerformance indicators: Feedback from stakeholders on satisfaction with deliverables

About you

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product Market Research

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required; General Medicine/Specialty care/Vaccines therapy area experience preferred

  • Proficient in a broad range of primary market research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative design from end-to-end, including strong quantitative analytical skills, data analysis and statistics

Soft Skills:

  • Weightage: 50%

·Strong presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate complex information

·Excellent organizational awareness and stakeholder navigational skills. Demonstrated excellence in project management and managing multiple demands/priorities from various internal customers

·Strong strategic thinking ability, with understanding of the life-sciences industry

·Ability to work in a matrixed environment with a diverse set of cross-functional partners

Technical Skills:

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative market research, and data analytics capabilities.

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) a must

  • Slide creation skills to develop creative and impactful presentations

  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to balance multiple projects / priorities

  • Aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking. Ability to understand key business decisions

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of stakeholders and diverse functions.

  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing functions.

Education:

  • Advanced degree in Pharma, Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related fields (PhD, MBA, or Master's preferred).

Languages:

  • Excellent knowledge of English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
