Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and development of solution using ETL tools to integrate data across multiple systems.
• Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, managing and securing APIs and support business project in their API journey, assessing the opportunities and simplifying the current architectures
• Manage the API Platform end to end: support architecture CoE, design, setup, and management of the platform on-premises and cloud providers such as Azure, AWS and Tencent
• Accountable for the performance, quality, security, efficiency, compliance aligned with legal and regulatory constraints, and consistent delivery of the API team services
• Provide input into annual and long-range or strategic planning exercise. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in ETL and API development and management in hybrid platforms and multi cloud.
• Proficient in Data ware housing, Data Modelling concepts, Data Governance, Integration Testing and tools like Snowflake, RedShift, Big query.
• Proficient in AWS technology platform. Experience with solutioning on AWS infrastructure using services like S3, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Athena, Kinesis, Step Functions, Glue ETL, Glue Crawler, Data Catalog, Lake Formation, Amazon Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, Athena.
• Hands-on experience in Data and Application Integrations using ETL tools like Informatica IICS/IDMC, Aws Glue, Databricks,Data Build Tool etc.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns(API, event-driven,batch ETL/ELT) and ability to take architectural decision(ESB, API‑led connectivity, pub/sub, streaming, ETL/ELT) with exposure to pipeline solution design.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL and NOSQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern User & Access Management
• Proficient in-service management and AGILE framework/tools
• Experience with data modelling, data governance and integration testing strategies.
• Working experience on cloud platforms and services e.g.  AWS, Lambda, Step Functions, VPC, S3 etc and deploying integrations in cloud/native environment.
• Must have Knowledge in Cloud API gateways such as AWS API Gateways and Handson experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Must have Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must Strong experience in integration development with exposure to solution design.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain is a plus
• Knowledge of networking concepts and implementation
• Understanding of microservices architectures with demonstrable experience in the design, build, and operations of microservices in a production environment using container technology (Docker).

Technical skills

• Expert Knowledge in ETL design and development using tools like informatica  IICS/IDMC, CAI, CDI, Mass ingestion, AWS Glue, AWS Redshift etc.
• Knowledge in Cloud API gateways such as Azure API Gateway and AWS API Gateways.
• Experience with observability tools (ELK, Argus, Splunk) for integration monitoring.
• Experience with programming language like Java, Python/pyspark etc
• Knowledge in Cloud and Application Hosting Architecture
• Good knowledge and experience around Infrastructure technologies (Solid knowledge in Cloud Azure, hosting platforms, API, …)
• Public and private clouds infrastructure and services i.e Azure and AWS. Azure and/or AWS Cloud Architect certification
• Excellent knowledge in Containers management (Openshift, AKS, EKS)
• Public and private clouds infrastructure and services i.e Azure, AWS
• Good knowledge of database management, admin and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Reverse ETL tools: Hightouch, Census etc.
• Compliance mindset:
• Experience on Reporting tool knowledge e.g PowerBI, Tableau etc Sox, GxP, FDA
• Security management
• Exposure to AI/ML or intelligent automation in integration use cases.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum,JIRA and Confluence. Should have a fair knowledge and working experience on different project management methodologies like SAFe Agile methods.
