Main responsibilities:
Help manage schedules to coordinate internal and external meetings
Assistwith travel arrangements and the processing of expense reports
Help welcome visitors while adhering to site access procedures
Help welcome new interns and work-study student
Assistwith the processing and management of invoices, subscriptions, and various orders

Principales responsabilités :
- Participer à la gestion des agendas afin de coordonner les réunions internes et externes
- Contribuer à l’organisation de voyages et à l’établissement des notes de frais
- Collaborer à l’accueil des visiteurs tout en respectant les procédures d’accès au site
- Prendre part à l’accueil des nouveaux stagiaires et alternants
- Participer au traitement et à la gestion des factures, des abonnements et des commandes diverses
À propos de toi
- Compétences techniques et relationnelles : discrétion, dynamisme, curiosité. Maîtrise du pack Office
- Éducation : bac+2 à bac+3 en assistanat, administratif
- Langues : anglais intermédiaire
