You'll lead the North America precisionEngagement function, shaping the strategy and capabilities that turn customer signals and business priorities into more relevant, precise engagement across personal and non personal interactions. You'll serve as the strategic architect and leader of this next-generation engagement model, building and leading a high-performing team of Precision Engagement Directors while partnering across Brand, Digital, Analytics, Field, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions. Together, you'll establish a repeatable Precision Engagement model that can scale across HCPs, patients and caregivers, payers, accounts, and other stakeholders, connecting the capabilities required to deliver more meaningful customer experiences and measurable business impact. This is an opportunity to shape not only a new team, but a new way of working across Sanofi, bringing together customer insight, technology, AI, and cross-functional expertise to help define the future of customer engagement.
