Main responsibilities:

• Collecting and organizing accounting documents using templates.
• Helping post and check monthly accounting entries (we’ll show you how!).
• Downloading and putting together monthly reports.
• Preparing simple reports for internal and external audits.
• Helping with lease-related tasks (you’ll learn what these mean).
• Updating summary files and assisting with data uploads.
• You’ll get to work with systems like SAP, Blackline, and Nakisa — don’t worry if you haven’t used them before, we’ll teach you.
• You’ll also learn how financial reports are created and how companies stay compliant with rules (like SOX).
• Your work will directly support our monthly financial reporting.
• You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, learning, and collaboration.

About you

Education:

Ongoing university studies at Hungarian university (active student status) in economics, finance, or accounting

Experience:

• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is important
• Experience in leasing is an advantage
• Preferably 40 -hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. formulas, tables, basic data handling).
• If you have an interest in IT systems or have used finance tools before, that’s a definite plus.
• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things.
• You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Familiarity with tools like SAP, Blackline, or Nakisa is an advantage — but don’t worry if you haven’t used them yet. We’ll provide the training and support you need.

Languages:

• You can communicate confidently in English, both in writing and speaking.
