As a Digital Transformation Strategy & Communication Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting Sanofi’s digital transformation journey. This position focuses on enhancing internal communication, stakeholder engagement, and supporting strategic and governance initiatives within Sanofi. You will be based in Budapest and collaborate with local and global teams to help deliver impactful digital initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Support data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis pipelines
• Assist in building and maintaining basic data pipelines and ETL workflows
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate reports/dashboards
• Help develop and test simple machine learning or statistical models under supervision
• Document data flows, processes, and findings
• Collaborate with senior data engineers and data scientists on ongoing projects
• Participate in data quality checks and validation tasks
• Conduct data analysis tasks to support business insights and decision-making
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling, DAX measures, and visual design under guidance

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Min. 30 -hour availability/week
• 18 month of Trainee Program, expected graduation time around February of 2028.

Soft and technical skills:

• Basic knowledge of Python or SQL (academic or personal project level)
• Familiarity with data manipulation concepts (tables, joins, aggregations)
• Understanding of basic statistics and data analysis principles
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

Languages: Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial.
