Main responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for T&E and Transparency stakeholders, executing end-to-end demand intake and documentation

• Build strong working relationships with business partners and translate their needs into actionable requirements

• Conduct demand intake sessions and maintain accurate pipeline records in demand management systems

• Support demand assessment for feasibility, business value, and organizational alignment

• Collaborate within Agile PODs with delivery teams and coordinate between Snowflake and Visualization teams

• Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Drive process improvements and contribute to demand management standards and frameworks

About you

• Experience: 6-8 years in demand management, business analysis, or project management with T&E and/or Transparency exposure

• Domain knowledge: Solid understanding of Travel & Expenses and Transparency processes and regulatory context

• Technical skills: Practical background in data lakes, Business Intelligence, and AI topics; proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with ability to engage operational and mid-level stakeholders

• Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-centric approach with Agile ways of working

• Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
