As a Partner Sourcing, Talent Services, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet our HUB hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our open positions. You will collaborate closely with TA Partners, TA Lead and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

This is an opportunity in our Global Talent Services function at Sanofi Hubs. Sanofi ‘Hubs’ are where our key strategic business operations are hosted providing centralised services across Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D and more.

Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. The Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to Sanofi’s hiring needs. They will need to effectively partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for defined critical roles, acting as a first point of contact for recruiters As a Partner Sourcing, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet our HUB hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our open positions. You will collaborate closely with TA Partners, TA Lead and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Major Responsibilities:

• Builds talent pipelines aligned to desired technical and specialised skills through proactively identifying target candidates through various channels (social media, professional networks etc) 

• Source for Key roles across the identified region – consistently maintain a healthy pipeline 

• Create and craft engaging recruitment emails for prospect candidates 

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and support in sourcing external candidates, building talent pools accordingly 

• Maintains and engages with a pipeline of high-quality candidates for roles through various channels 

• Supports the Sourcing lead in relationship management with staffing agencies, job boards and other channels 

• Provides guidance and acts as a first point of contact for hiring managers/recruiters when engaging with prospect candidates. 

About you

• Experience: Significant expertise in Colombia’s Talent Acquisition Sourcing role, with strong focus on local employment market dynamics, experience of same in GBS (Global Business Services) organizations will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media networks.
• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations
• Exceptional record of sourcing for pharma profiles
• Ability to engage with talent and keep them warm
• Soft and technical skills: Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Search and sourcing skills
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems
• Education: Bachelor’s Degre
• Languages:   English & Spanish
