Main responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and operations for web and social media, including development, tagging, analytics, SEO/SEM, and digital presence optimization.
- Manage budgets and vendor partnerships for web development and digital marketing technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing campaigns and support continuous optimization efforts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze data, report insights to senior leadership, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor website performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement technical and UX enhancements.
- Oversee web tagging solutions, perform audits, troubleshoot issues, and optimize tag performance.
- Implement new features and manage content dissemination across websites and social platforms.
- Foster team capabilities in agile methodologies, automation, innovation, and GenAI; support talent development.
- Ensure high technical standards, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Collaborate with global, local, and hub GTMC/Omnichannel teams to deliver tailored optimization, tagging, and content solutions that enhance campaign outcomes.
About you
Experience: + 8 years including but not limited to web & social media analytics/SEM/SEO/web development/content dissemination; pharma/biotech experience is preferred; 2-4 years of multichannel/omnichannel marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution experience is desirable
Soft and technical skills:
The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder management, communication, people leadership, and effective organization, working both independently and in team environments. They bring strong analytical capabilities, experience in web analytics and search strategy, and proficiency with major search engines, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools. Their technical background includes working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, CMS platforms like Magnolia, Google Analytics and tagging tools, front-end frameworks, version control systems, and web security best practices, along with the ability to generate insights, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, web/graphic designs or related field. Revelant advanced/postgraduate degree in computer science/engineering/management/business analytics.
Languages: Fluent English communication and writing skills.
