KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  关键职责

• Build and maintain positive relations with governmental organizations (NHC，NDCPA，NCDC，etc.), think tanks，academic institutions and associations to enhance Sanofi vaccine branding and advance public affairs agenda. 与政策制定部门（卫健委、疾控局、疾控中心等）、政策智库和学协会等建立并保持积极的关系，提升赛诺菲疫苗品牌影响力，推进公共事务策略

• Monitor and follow up on national policies related to disease prevention and immunization strategy, formulate relevant policy advocacy strategies, and implement them. 了解并跟进国家免疫规划、疾病防控相关政策，制定相关政策倡导策略并执行

• Seek and establish high-quality policy research platform to conduct preliminary research and lay the groundwork for promoting the introduction of relevant policies. 寻找和搭建优质的政策研究平台，为推动相关政策出台做前期研究储备

• Maintain effective cooperation and communication with cross-departments to provide assistance for the business objectives and strategies of the BU. 与跨部门保持有效的合作和沟通，为 BU 业务目标与策略提供帮助

• In case of crisis, manage and mitigate risks through internal and external cross-departmental communication. 发生突发事件时，通过内外部跨部门沟通，管理并降低风险

• Work within the policies, procedures and compliance as required by the Company. 按照公司的要求，在政策、程序和合规的范围内工作。

Requirements  必要条件

Education/experience教育/经验

• 医学、药学、公卫相关专业毕业，本科或以上学历；

Graduated from a major related to medicine, pharmacy, or public health; Bcahleor degree is a must.

• 八年以上公共卫生政策和/或生物医药企业公共事务/政府事务工作经验

Minimum eight years of experience in public health policy and/or public affairs/government affairs in biomedical enterprises

• 有良好的与政府部门沟通经验或能力，较好政策分析、项目管理工作经验及能力

Proven strong communication skills with governmental organizations, as well as strong policy analysis and project management work experience and abilities

Certifications  认证

• Bachelor degree is a must; Ph.D. or M.D. is preferred.

本科或以上学历，研究生以上优先。
