We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist to join our innovative Research and Development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments related to clinical development. Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to enhance our digital health platforms
• Develop and oversee federated learning systems that protect patient data while enabling powerful insights
• Create and implement predictive models that personalize care journeys and identify health risks early
• Spearhead the development of AI-powered engagement tools, including intelligent chatbots and recommendation systems
• Drive innovation in data engineering, ensuring scalable and secure handling of complex healthcare data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into meaningful patient outcomes
• Mentor and develop a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers

About you

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven track record in developing and deploying production-ready machine learning models in healthcare or related industries
• Deep expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and managing large-scale data systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare analytics and data standards
