About the Team

Medical Affairsisaclinical and scientific function that providesHCPs and patients with evidence-based information about medicines, supports clinical decision-making, and ensures regulatory compliance.This team is dedicated to Immunologyindicationsin 3 main Therapeutic Areas: Dermatology, Respiratory/ Rhinology & Gastroenterology.Close collaboration with Market Access and Commercial teams will berequired.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection ofdigital innovation, healthcaresystemscomprehensionand healthcare transformation.You'llcontribute to projects exploring innovative approaches toidentifyingbarriers to treatment initiation among patients eligible for advanced therapiesand propose solutions to close thecare gap.Youwillbenefitfrom the work of theprevioustrainee who explored solutions in the Netherlands. The focus for this internship willideally be on the Nordics countries (DK, FI, NO, SE).

What You'll Be Working On

Throughout your internship,you'llhave the opportunity to:

*Map and analyzeexisting and emerging digital tools that influence the clinical environment,preferably within the Nordics 

*Explore AI-enhanced solutions,including LLM-based tools, AI chatbots with clinical decision support, and patient telemonitoring platforms,and assess their potential to acceleratepatient journey thanks toa holistic approach

*Identifyopportunitiesto improve collaboration withinhospitals, clinics,healthcare systems through digital innovation,leveragingonImmunology concepts such asType 2 inflammation andtheatopic march.

*Propose actionable recommendationsto bridge gaps between patients, HCPs, and the broader healthcare ecosystem, including gathering or generating data which would support the strategy

*Participateinthe planification, impactmeasurementsofproposedinitiatives and/or collaborationsand budget construction.

We'relooking for students who are excited by innovation, enjoy solving problems, and want to make a meaningful contribution from day one.

* Currently completing aMaster'sdegree, ideally in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Innovation Management, ora relateddiscipline.
* Your internship must be part of your academicprogrammedor approved by your university.

Skills & Competencies

You'llthrive in this role if you are:

* Fluent English (written and spoken)
*Any knowledge ofa language for the regionis a plus(Dutch, Danish, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish)

* Good understanding/ knowledgeof the Nordicsand/orBeneluxhealthcare systems
* Curious about healthcare, science, innovation, and technology.

* Good scientific, and ideally Immunologybackground

*Comfortable with digitprojectsal toolsandAI
* Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
* A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and networking with others.
* Comfortable conducting independent research and presenting your ideas.
* Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
