Supports the Site project portfolio management by consolidating projects assigned to the overall site portfolio (CAPEX+OPEX), gathering inputs from all functions (MSAT, Engineering, HSE, Quality, OpEX, Digital,)

Main Responsibilities:
Assigned Project Portfolio reporting and governance: gathering inputs from all functions of the project teams to ensure data quality in Shine, ensure monitoring & reporting, conduct end user training and ensure use of PM best practices - (D)
Responsible for monitoring / reporting on the projects assigned within the site portfolio (incl. progress, actions, costs, risks)
Keep a strong link with site and global engineering in context of project portfolio management and stage gate governance
Supports portfolio process, including relevant governance & preparation of gate reviews in close collaboration with engineering, M Sat, GDPU and other functions
By collecting, collating and analyzing the relevant data he/she enables the project prioritization process, whatever the nature of project. In this role, he/she will need to review and challenge project / function owners where needed.
Review Shine data for recourse capacity vs demand of available resources, cost & schedule management.
Support project Prioritization within site Project Portfolio and support global prioritization process (A)
Ensure resource capacity and availability for all functions impacted by site projects roadmap
Coordinates / collates risk management activities and information associated with the assigned projects of site project portfolio as input for overall site risk profile and thereby supports global integrated risk management process.
Contributes to Site Strat Plan, Budget and Site Master Plan processes
Site Strat Plan, Budget, Site Master Plan – A
Contributes to talent development and adaptation of skills and capabilities to the portfolio needs developing project management, strategic thinking and business acumen
Time-Tracking Administration, Provide / Coordinate PL/PM Std User training, Coordinate SHINE Quality Checks, Close project (WBS closure forms, SHINE project closure form), Update shared Excel to track all resource changes (new resources, departure, change)
Attend and present SWR update to Quarterly Resource Management Officer (RMO) meeting.
About You
Requirements:
Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/Business and/or related field or MBA
Preferred PMP
Experience
Min 7 years’ experience in Resource/Project/Portfolio Management
Previous experience in pharmaceuticals project management environment is a plus
