As Business Analytics Manager within our Insights & Analytics (I&A) Pillar in GTMC, you’ll serve as the primary analytics interface between commercial operations and GTMC. Ready to get started?

As part of the local I&A Pillar, you'll execute global I&A capabilities while ensuring they're contextualized for local market realities.

Main responsibilities:
Act as primary analytics interface for local commercial teams and GTMC within the local I&A Pillar, understanding local market dynamics, customer behaviors, and business priorities.
Translate business questions into analytical needs and deliver proactive insights that move from "what happened?" to "what should we do next?".
Identify business needs and provide customer insights to inform brand strategy and market opportunities as part of the local I&A Pillar's mission.
Design and deliver strategic forecasting for planning cycles and support launch readiness with scenario analysis.
Leverage global platforms to contextualize insights for local decision-making and enable strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with global and hub I&A teams on KPIs, methodologies, and resource allocation optimization, ensuring alignment between local I&A Pillar execution and global GTMC I&A strategy.
About you
Experience: Pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting or consulting experience, familiarity with IQVIA and pharma data sources, understanding of Italian healthcare and pharmaceutical landscapes.
Soft and technical skills: Forecasting methodologies and scenario analysis, Data science techniques (Bayesian statistics, regression analysis, A/B testing), Segmentation analysis and marketing mix modeling; CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI); Pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA) and global analytics platforms: KPI development and performance measurement; Business partnership and stakeholder management as primary analytics interface within the local I&A Pillar; strategic thinking with ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights; consultative approach to understand local market dynamics and customer behaviors; proactive problem-solving mindset focused on "what should we do next?"; cross-functional collaboration with global and local I&A teams; strong communication and data storytelling capabilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English.
