Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.
As our Digital Talent Acquisition Partner (French), you’ll be at the forefront of building great technology talent pipelines for France and across Europe. You will be responsible to hire the best technology talent including Scrum masters, Data scientist, AI&ML experts, Software Engineers, Visionary Architects and drive Sanofi's digital ambitions
Main responsibilities:
Managing the entire recruitment process for open positions within the defined scope, which includes sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.
Lead the Talent Acquisition agenda and build talent pipelines using your digital and technology talent market knowledge.
Develop an effective sourcing strategy for France and other positions under scope.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates. using advanced techniques like X-Ray search, Boolean wizardry, and navigating the depths of Kaggle, GitHub, and other platforms and techniques.
Drive a strong Talent Assessment process to ensure delivery of best talent.
Proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights to optimize recruitment outcomes across all hubs.
About you
Professional working proficiency in French (conversational ability) is mandatory
Extensive experience sourcing and hiring highly technical talent, including Software Engineers and Developers as a minimum
Knowledge of technical communities like Kaggle, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and how to effectively source talent from these platforms
Exception networking skills and an outstanding network of world class tech talent
Knowledge of the French and other European labor markets and employment regulations
