• Manage assigned automation projects to meet targets.

管理分配的自动化项目并实现目标。

• Optimize production processes through automation.

通过自动化技术优化生产流程。

• Design and implement automation solutions (SCADA, DCS, PLCs).

设计和实施自动化解决方案（SCADA、DCS、PLCs）。

• Support IoT device integration to enhance connectivity.

支持IOT设备集成以增强连接性。

• Perform Manufacture IOT system Daily management to ensure system compliance.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Follow cybersecurity protocols to protect systems.

• Maintain and update compliance documentation, as directed.

• Be responsible for HSE in his/her position and job.

About you 任职资格:

• Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing systems involving automation, robotics etc.
• Experience in pharmaceutical GMP systems.
• Experience in fault diagnosis and optimization of automation systems.

• 工作经验:

• 3年以上自动化、机器人等制造系统工作经验。
• 有制药系统GMP相关经验。
• 具备自动化故障诊断与优化经验。

• Soft skill:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic vision / value creation understanding.

• 软技能:

• 较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
• 与利益相关者和领导层进行有效沟通的能力。
• 较强的跨部门及职能协作能力。
• 战略、愿景、价值创造理解。

• Technical skill:

• Proficient in at least two of the following systems: DCS, PLC, SCADA, and MES.
• Experience with programming languages: C# (Unity), Python or Java is preferred.
• Experience with toolchains: ROS (Robotics Systems) and OpenCV is preferred.
• Technical knowledge: Familiar with industrial automation protocols (OPC UA, Modbus)
• Familiar with mainstream automation systems such as Siemens TIA portal, WinCC system, S7300, and S7400.
• Able to formulate SOPs for automation systems.

• 专业技能:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in automation, mechatronics, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 教育背景: 自动化，机电一体化、计算机科学或相关技术领域的学士学位。
• Languages: fluent in spoken and written English, and strong English communication.
• 语言要求:流利的听说读写及良好的英语沟通能力。
