  • Oversee the preparation of Plant Modification Requests (PMR), User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Change Controls for utility systems.
  • Support qualification and validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure project readiness and handover to operations.
  • Identify reliability, maintainability and HSE improvements for clean utility systems.

4. Budget, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage the department budget for clean utilities and utilities (gas, electricity, water, carbon).
  • Manage budgets for utilities consumption, conservation projects and sustainability initiatives, and identify cost-saving opportunities through energy efficiency and water reduction.
  • Lead selection of contractors and vendors, including technical evaluations and bid assessments, and monitor their performance in a live operational environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, contractors and consultants.
  • Track KPIs for schedule adherence, cost performance, safety, quality and sustainability.

5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, regulatory and internal engineering standards.
