As an apprentice within our Flu Franchise you’ll contribute to the development and validation of promotional assets, support the internal communication and engagement of the Glocal Flu community, and assist with project management activities. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
- Participate in coordinating and supporting the creation or update of promotional assets and materials for countries, collaborating cross functionally, with functions such as Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs
- Collaborate with external agency partners and functional stakeholders to streamline the development, validation, and approval of Glocal-branded assets, ensuring seamless implementation in support of the franchise’s promotional strategy
- Take part in managing participant lists, coordinate logistics, collaborate with external agencies for content creation, and provide comprehensive backend support for a successful conferences & congresses marketing presence
- Contribute in leading internal communication initiatives for the Flu community through digital platforms, newsletters, and community engagement channels, while fostering cross-country sharing of best practices and successful initiatives
- Support global brand meetings and workshops by coordinating agendas, facilitating sessions, capturing key outcomes, and following up on action items with global and local teams
About you
- Soft and technical skills: Autonomous, good interpersonal skills, open-mindedness. Enjoy working in contact with different cultures and interacting on cross-functional subjects. Proficiency in Office pack software, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Education: Master’s degree in marketing with a scientific background
- Languages: english fluent

Principales responsabilités :
- Haut du formulaire
- Participer à la coordination et au soutien de la création ou de la mise à jour des supports promotionnels destinés aux pays, en collaboration avec des équipes transverses
- Collaborer avec des agences externes et les parties prenantes internes afin d’optimiser le développement, la validation et l’approbation des supports de marque Glocal, en assurant leur mise en œuvre dans le cadre de la stratégie promotionnelle de la franchise
- Participer à la gestion des listes de participants, coordonner la logistique, collaborer avec des agences externes pour la création de contenus et assurer le support opérationnel nécessaire à une présence marketing réussie lors de conférences et congrès
- Contribuer au pilotage des initiatives de communication interne pour la franchise via des plateformes digitales, newsletters et canaux d’engagement communautaire, tout en favorisant le partage de bonnes pratiques et d’initiatives réussies entre les pays
- Soutenir les réunions et ateliers de l’équipe globale de marque en coordonnant les agendas, en facilitant les sessions, en assurant le suivi des échanges et des actions clés avec les équipes globales et locales
