Principales responsabilidades
· Asegurar la ejecución de Proyectos en todas las etapas (AARR, EF, DQ, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ,etc) según normativas GMP existentes
· Seguimiento de obra y ejecución de trabajos
· Seguimiento de trabajos externos.
· Estudio de adquisición e instalación de equipos
· Formación del personal usuario (operarios y mantenimiento)
· Cierre documental de los proyectos.
· Definir el estándar de documentación en Cualificaciones/Validaciones de equipos/instalaciones y trabajar en la base de la jerarquía documental definiendo protocolos Maestros de para su posterior ejecución.
· Asegurar la correcta ejecución de la cualificación de todos los equipos implicados en Proyectos. Gestión y control del plan de validación, así como la ejecución del plan de revalidación de todos los equipos.
· Control y gestión de todos los controles de cambios existentes, CAPA’s y desviaciones en el dpto. de Ingeniería.
· Realizar el correcto seguimiento y reporte de indicadores de QA
· Preparación de estudios técnicos, alternativas, soluciones, análisis de riesgos, y oportunidades de cada proyecto.
· Colaborar con Mantenimiento en los aspectos técnicos de SMS (operational excellence)
· Definir y redactar los procedimientos internos del departamento de Ingeniería siguiendo las guías corporativas.
· Realizar estudio de obsolescencia de equipos/instalaciones definiendo inversiones que garanticen la continuidad de los procesos.
· Velar por el respeto de las normas internas de Sanofi y de la Legislación Española y Comunitaria, especialmente en concepto de Calidad, HSE y NCF, dentro del área de su responsabilidad.
· Velar por la seguridad de los empleados y el respeto al Medio Ambiente, de acuerdo con las normas de Sanofi y la legislación local vigente, dentro del área de su responsabilidad

Experiencia
· Experiencia contrastada en roles como Project engineer.
· Experiencia de 3-4 años mínimo
Formación:
· Licenciatura universitaria en ingeniería
· Se valora positivamente un nivel alto de inglés.
