For more than 20 years, Sanofi Waterford has grown to serve patients around the world. Today, almost 800 people work at one of Ireland’s largest biologics manufacturing sites, a state-of-the-art campus producing medicines and pre-filled syringes - including Dupixent. We’re now in a significant period of operational transformation: raising standards, rebuilding processes and strengthening the foundations for the future.

Where you could make your mark
We’re hiring across a broad range of roles, with particular opportunities in Quality, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain. Whatever your discipline, you’ll be joining at a moment when your experience, judgement and ideas can help shape Waterford’s future.
Process Engineer
Lead technical problem-solving, drive continuous improvement and bring your expertise to aseptic manufacturing processes, including lyophilisation, process validation and deviation resolution. You’ll tackle complex challenges and build solutions that make our processes stronger.
Manufacturing Operations Manager
Take ownership of manufacturing and inspection activities while leading and developing high-performing operations teams. You’ll drive improvements that directly impact quality, compliance and operational performance, helping embed stronger and more effective ways of working across the site.
Supply Chain Manager
Lead end-to-end supply chain performance and help build a stronger, more resilient operation. From IBP and inventory to customer service and continuous improvement, you’ll have the scope to challenge existing ways of working and turn your experience into measurable change.
