Main responsibilities:

• Work alongside and learn from experienced Project Managers and Engineers, supporting cGMP equipment procurement, installation, and qualification across various areas within Sanofi Waterford — including Sterile Manufacturing, Medical Device, Packaging, and Laboratory environments.

• Understanding and delivery of equipment specification in conjunction with area subject matter experts.

• Involvement in full project life cycle – design, procurement, installation, qualification & Handover.

• Learn key fundamentals of project management for Budgets, Schedule, Scope & Quality Deliverables.

• Support scheduling, planning project life cycle activities and presentations to key stakeholders.

• Writing Business cases to understand return on investment opportunities for Sanofi Waterford

• Supporting core team meetings and building communication skills.

About you

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

• 2nd or 3rd year student status, working towards a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or a similar engineering discipline

• Ability to execute projects within required timelines

• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

• Strong team collaboration skills
