As a People & Culture HR Intern, you will join the HR team and support people-focused projects that contribute to employee engagement and effective HR processes. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real initiatives, coordinating tasks, and supporting continuous improvement activities. Main responsibilities:

• Support the HR team with people and engagement-related projects
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of HR activities to agreed timelines
• Help ensure HR and people processes are completed consistently and accurately
• Maintain documentation and support updates to HR-related information
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the HR team
• Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day HR operations

About you 

To excel in this role you will need to have:

• Be a 3rd-year student working towards a degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline
• The ability to manage tasks and projects within agreed timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using MS Office applications (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
