Location: Warsaw, Poland
Contract: Umowa zlecenie (Student on Board Program), Minimum 32 hours/week availability (mandatory)
Duration: 1-year program (there may be a possibility to extend to a 2nd year)

Within our Immunology Marketing Department through the Student on Board program, you'll gain hands-on experience marketing initiatives, and CRM tools in an international pharmaceutical environment. Main responsibilities:
- Support marketing activities using multi-channel promotional tools
- Assist with CRM tools and related digital initiatives
- Collaborate with internal partners to prepare and approve promotional materials
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations based on provided data
- Complete day-to-day tasks assigned by supervisors
About you
- Student status: Currently enrolled as a student (mandatory requirement)
- Course of studies: Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism or similar
- Availability: Minimum 32 hours per week (essential)
- Communication skills: Strong communication abilities with an open and engaged attitude
- Learning mindset: Open to learning, dynamic, and eager to develop, with openness to new technologies
- Work style: Independence in finding solutions, proactivity, and excellent work organization
- Languages: Fluent in Polish; communicative level of English
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- Willingness to work from the office 3 days per week (mandatory)
