As a Paid Intern - Portfolio & Strategy Coordinator for Central & South Europe (CSE), you'll gain hands-on experience in strategic portfolio management while supporting real business initiatives that drive growth across our region. Working within our Multi-Country Organization, you'll contribute to meaningful portfolio analyses, divestment projects, and strategic simplification efforts — all under the mentorship of experienced business leaders.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your analytical and project management skills in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. You'll work on diverse initiatives ranging from P&L analysis and competitive intelligence to coordinating global divestment roll-outs, giving you broad exposure to how strategic decisions shape our business. Whether you're diving into data, supporting third-party evaluations, or collaborating across teams, you'll see firsthand how portfolio strategy translates into sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform analysis and research, implement the Portfolio Segmentation, to provide meaningful solutions and recommendations for actionable measures implementation
• Deep dive in P&L (profit and loss) elements to seek for Gross Margin & Profitability opportunities
• Conduct and sustain competitive analysis to understand our environment and take advantage of competitors situations
• Support in the third parties’ selection in CSE
• Reinforce internal and external network to maximize business opportunities
• Participate in global projects
• Roll-out Global & Local divestments projects & processes and contribute to global portfolio simplification projects

About you

• Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
• Previous work experience / internships connected project management or financial areas would be considered as a strong asset

• Project management skills

• Strong analytical skills, ability to think critically & analyze data
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen
• Curiosity & eagerness to learn
• Very good command of English, written and spoken
