Main responsibilities
- Create and update digital content for our Omnichannel Portal using SharePoint and develop interactive training materials using the Whatfix platform
- Produce video tutorials and write documentation to help internal users navigate digital tools
- Develop user-friendly digital adoption content including walkthroughs and step-by-step guides
- Work closely with Product Owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support execution of content strategies for omnichannel campaigns
About you
- Current student status
- Availability to work minimum 32 hours per week
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing automation, content strategy, and storytelling
- Curiosity to learn new things and the ability to ask questions
- Interest in customer experience / UX concepts and AI usage in content production
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms (Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo, etc.)
