  • Medicinal Chemistry: Design and create entirely new molecules that could become tomorrow's blockbuster medicines, combining creativity with cutting-edge science

  • Data Science: Transform vast amounts of scientific data into insights that accelerate drug discovery and improve patient outcomes using AI and machine learning

  • Digital R&D: Lead the digital transformation of pharmaceutical research, implementing technologies that make drug discovery faster, smarter, and more successful

  • Upstream MSAT: Optimize the biological processes that create life-saving medicines, ensuring consistent quality while scaling from lab bench to global supply

  • Project Management (PMO): Lead cross-functional initiatives that bring new medicines to market faster and more efficiently

About You

Basic Qualifications:

​Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in:

  • Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Genetic Engineering, Medicine, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Environmental Health & Safety, or related life sciences and applied fields.

or

  • Master's in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Data Science, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Materials Science, Software Engineering, or related life sciences, engineering, and technical fields.

or

  • PhD in Virology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Physics, or related chemistry, biochemistry, life sciences, and engineering fields.

Candidates must also meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship. 

  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.​

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $27- $57 hourly. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
