Le poste de Responsable Production DSP s’inscrit dans le bâtiment Jacob Production, une plateforme biotechnologique dédiée à la fabrication d’anticorps monoclonaux qui tourne en continu avec des équipes en rythme 5*8. Il s’agit de la plus grande unité de culture cellulaire à échelle industrielle de Sanofi en France pour la production d’anticorps. Le bâtiment de production abrite les étapes de culture cellulaire jusqu’aux étapes de purification, formulation et remplissage de principes actifs avec des capacités de production de lots cliniques et commerciaux.
Le Responsable Production DSP rapporte directement au Responsable Production. Il s’agit d’un poste de management stratégique dans un bâtiment de production qui tourne en continu dans un contexte de ramp-up des volumes à produire, avec des équipes en rythme 5*8.
Au sein de l’atelier de production, le Responsable Production DSP est garant des activités de production downstream et joue un rôle clé pour délivrer aux patients les lots de principes actifs de biotechnologie à visée thérapeutique : cancers, maladies inflammatoires et maladies cardiovasculaires. Il s’agit également d’une opportunité unique de contribuer à bâtir des équipes autonomes de production, de continuer à développer la culture industrielle, de simplifier, standardiser et digitaliser les process, d’introduire des procédés de seconde génération afin de finaliser la transformation de Vitry vers un centre d’excellence en bioproduction.
Principales responsabilités
Stratégie & conception :
- Participe à l’élaboration de la stratégie du bâtiment de production
- Décline et assure les stratégies du site et du bâtiment de production au sein de ses équipes
- Définit les axes, le suivi et le reporting des activités d’amélioration de la performance
- Définit avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes les objectifs et les critères de succès
- Définit le budget de fonctionnement & les investissements stratégiques pour le secteur
Management :
- Encadre plus de 70 personnes, incluant le management hiérarchique direct de 5 superviseurs et 1 planneur
- Collabore transversalement avec les fonctions supports (Qualité, Ressources Techniques, Finance, RH, SMS, MSAT)
- Développe et coache les personnes individuellement et collectivement
- Pilote et améliore la polyvalence des équipes
- Encourage les initiatives et développe l’autonomie
- Accompagne le changement et l’innovation
- Assure la cohésion d’équipe et le bon climat social
Réalisation & Suivi :
- Assure la supervision des activités nécessaires à la fabrication des lots de principes actifs de biotechnologie sur le périmètre downstream
- Gère le planning de production en continu avec un rythme 5*8
- Assure le respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication et des standards qualité dans l’atelier
- Assure proactivement la sécurité et garantie l’intégration du HSE dans les activités
- Assure le suivi de la performance des opérations de routines (+QDCI, et autres outils SMS)
- Engage son équipe dans le déploiement de la culture SMS et d’actions d’amélioration continue
- Est le garant de la gestion des évènements du secteur (qualité, sécurité, performance), des investigations et des propositions d’actions correctives et préventives
- S’assure que les problématiques opérationnelles sont gérées (techniques, RH, organisationnelles)
- Participe à l’implémentation de nouveaux procédés, outils et méthodes via des projets transverses
À propos de vous
Expérience(s) :
- Expérience solide sur un poste de management en production industrielle dans un environnement BPF, idéalement en bio-production
Savoir être :
- Leadership et prise de décision éprouvés : Solides compétences en leadership, gestion d'équipe et de prise de décision
- Résolution de problèmes: Capacité à identifier et résoudre de manière proactive des défis opérationnels complexes
- Moteur d'excellence opérationnelle: Favoriser l'efficacité, l'amélioration continue et la haute performance
- Collaboratif et responsable: Encourager le travail d'équipe transverse, une communication claire entre les départements et un fort sens des responsabilités
Savoir-faire :
- Connaissance de la réglementation (BPF, HSE, RH)
- Installations, techniques & procédés de production industrielles – idéalement en bio-production
- Management d’équipes & de projets
Formation :
- Diplôme supérieur (type Bac+5) ou équivalent
Langue(s) :
- Français & Anglais (niveau professionnel requis)
