Stażysta /-tka w Dziale Wsparcia Efektywności Sprzedaży (Płatny roczny staż)
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
W związku z kolejną edycją programu stażowego Student on Board w Sanofi poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko stażysty/stażystki.
Obowiązki:
- Wsparcie działu Customer Facing Operations CSE (Central & South Europe) w zakresie analiz efektywności sił sprzedaży, systemów CRM (Customer Relationship Management) i danych rynkowych
- Praca ze zbiorami danych z kilku źródeł oraz wykorzystywanie różnych narzędzi analitycznych (np. Excel, Access)
- Prezentowanie wniosków i efektów swoich działań
- Automatyzacja niezbędnych raportów, dashboardów
- Przygotowywanie nowoczesnych wizualizacji dla określonego rodzaju raportu
- Cykliczne opracowywanie analiz będących bazą rozliczeń i rankingów wykorzystywanych w systemach motywacyjnych
- Udział w projektach na poziomie regionu CEE
Idealny Kandydat
- Status studenta lub absolwent studiów wyższych (preferowane kierunki studiów: ekonomia, matematyka, informatyka, metody ilościowe w ekonomii i systemy informacyjne)
- Dostępność w wymiarze min. 32 godzin tygodniowo
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
- Bardzo dobra, praktyczna znajomość MS Excel
- Dobra znajomość MS Power Point, podstawy MS Access
- Umiejętności komunikacyjne, budowania relacji interpersonalnych i działania w środowisku międzynarodowym
- Zdolność analitycznego myślenia, dokładność, samodzielność, a także chęć doskonalenia się i dzielenia wiedzą z innymi
- Proaktywność, odpowiedzialność za swoje zadania, umiejętność priorytetyzacji i systematyzowania działań, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- Znajomość innych narzędzi do prowadzenia analiz statystycznych i analiz dużych zbiorów danych będzie dodatkowym atutem
