Au sein de l’équipe HSEs du site de Val de Reuil sous la responsabilité du responsable Sécurité, le responsable Gestion de l’intégration HSES dans les Projets - Gestion des risques industriels :
- Assure la sécurité des opérations et des installations
- Assure l’intégration des aspects HSES dans les projets
- Assure la conformité aux politiques internes et aux réglementations locales
- Élabore et met en place des stratégies en sécurité et de gestion de Projet en accord avec les objectifs Groupe et Site
- Met en place un système de management en sécurité des procédés, de documentations et d’indicateurs conformément à la politique HSE du Groupe et des autorités
- Assure l’évaluation HSE des demandes de modification
Principales responsabilités
Intégration HSES dans les projets :
- Assure la gestion de l’intégration HSES dans les projets en proposant des améliorations systématiques selon les standards de sécurité et les exigences de sécurité des standards d’ingénierie du Groupe Sanofi dans les différentes étapes des projets
- Assure la conformité des projets aux standards Groupe Sanofi et aux réglementations globales
Sécurité des opérations industrielles et amélioration continue :
- Assure la gestion des risques industriels (ATEX, Sécurité des Procédés, Etude de dangers)
- Assure la mise à disposition des dossiers et rapports réglementaires
- Assure l’interface avec autorités compétentes
- Supporte la gestion de la situation d’urgence (Accident majeur, etc.) – cellule de crise
- Met en place et maintient une culture d’amélioration continue en sécurité des procédés pour prévenir la récurrence et atteindre les objectifs du Groupe (investigation, plan d’actions, retour d’expérience, etc.)
Gestion du changement :

À propos de vous
Expérience(s):
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en HSE (minimum 5 ans d’expérience), idéalement avec une expérience préalable en production
Savoir être et savoir-faire :
- Leadership, gestion d’équipe, communication transverse et rédactionnelle. Capacité à prendre des décisions, esprit d’innovation, capacité à élaborer une stratégie à moyen et long terme
- Niveau de maîtrise en gestion matricielle, résolution de problèmes, gestion du changement, gestion de projet, pensée stratégique, résolution de problèmes, recherche de résultats, capacité d’influence
- Compétences de management transversal. Fortes capacités de coaching et d’animation pour conduire la transformation et la performance HSE
- Méthodes d’analyse des risques, techniques d’audit, connaissance approfondie des réglementations et standards applicables (Standards HSE Groupe, ICPE, code du travail)
- Compétences en sécurité des procédés et en analyses de risques en sécurité des procédés
- Compétences en ATEX
- Compétences en projets
Formation:
- BAC+5 ou équivalent
Langue(s) :
- Français et Anglais
