This role encompasses the full spectrum of Canadian market activities, including lifecycle management, provincial market access, and launch execution across MM treatment settings (relapsed/refractory, newly diagnosed, and earlier lines of therapy).

Main Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Development & Execution

  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Sarclisa across all MM treatment settings, including relapsed/refractory MM, newly diagnosed MM, and the On Body Injector (OBI).

  • Translate global brand strategy and toolkit (positioning, messaging, creative campaign, value proposition) into locally relevant executions.

  • Customize brand strategy and messaging across Canadian customer segments (oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and patients).

Market Insights

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in multiple myeloma.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Canadian Multiple Myeloma landscape, including treatment patterns, patient pathways, and competitive dynamics across major cancer centres.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Canadian oncologists and cancer centre stakeholders to generate actionable market insights.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regulatory, medical, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

Indication Launch Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of indication launches, including go‑to‑market strategies, promotional activities, and sales training.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy groups, to gather insights and feedback.

Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze product performance and leverage key metrics to inform future marketing strategies.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all product activities comply with relevant regulations and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with experience in multiple myeloma or related therapeutic areas. Customer‑facing experience is highly valued.
