Main Responsibilities:
Lead and provide oversight of the site Quality Systems ensuring compliance and operational efficiency of systems.
Develop and implement annual Quality System objectives in alignment with the organizational strategy and vision.
Ensure the Quality Systems including Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Third Party, Training, and Data Integrity programs are compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
Ensure the timely closure of quality events such as deviations, CAPAs, and change controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Ensure quality backlog is under control.
Ensure training programs are in place and that all employees have the knowledge and qualifications needed for their tasks.
Provide Quality System guidance, support, and training to all staff and stakeholders, and promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
Establish metrics and monitor key performance indicators for the QS activities, to identify trends and ensure program performance and effectiveness.
Promote a culture of quality and compliance across the organization.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the QS efficiency and effectiveness fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance processes and outcomes.
Lead management reviews to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and Lead the coordination of all elements of the site management reviews.
Lead and manage the QS team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
HSE Requirement / Statement:
Works within the policies, procedures and regulations as required by the Company and under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
About You
Education/Certifications:
Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
10+ years Quality experience
5+ years leading teams
Competencies:
Strong Knowledge in Quality Systems management and regulations.
Fluent English spoken and written.
Good knowledge of plant operation.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
High level of autonomy.
Problem Solving-solving skills.
Strong Computer Literacy
