Responsabilidades:
✓ Realizar las actividades de producción con el área de Clarificación para la repartición de las fracciones a ser
recibidas en la etapa 9 del proceso de producción del granel de antígeno monovalente contra influenza.
✓ Realizar el arranque, limpieza y operación de los equipos utilizados en las etapas 9 a la 14 del proceso de
producción tales como ultracentrifugas Alfawassermann KII y centrifugas Beckman Óptima, refractómetros,
bombas peristálticas, Sartocheck, autoclaves, MAS 100, Climet y campanas de flujo laminar de acuerdo con lo
establecido en los procedimientos de operación y limpieza específicos para cada equipo, siguiendo en cada uno
los lineamientos de calidad y seguridad aplicables.
✓ Realizar el monitoreo de partículas viables y no viables, CAP, N2, toma de agua, siguiendo lo establecido en los
Procedimientos vigentes, para el cumplimiento de la fabricación del granel antígeno monovalente contra la
influenza con Calidad.
✓ Realizar los registros (Procedimientos de fabricación, registros en bitácoras, identificaciones de área,
identificaciones de materiales y producto) generados por el proceso de Purificación de acuerdo con los atributos
de calidad ALCOA (Atribuible, Legible, Contemporáneo, Original, Acertado) para los registros GMP.
✓ Solicitar el material necesario para trabajar en tiempo (material, soluciones, insumos para limpieza y proceso).
✓ Seguimiento, actualización y cumplimiento la % de capacitación requerido de acuerdo con la matriz general de
capacitación (cumplimiento de capacitaciones por iLearn).
✓ Mantener activos sus accesos electrónicos (Windows, SAP, Adobesing, Master, así como, los accesos a los
equipos que utilizan en sus áreas de trabajo.
✓ Uso responsable de instalaciones, equipos, equipo de protección personal y herramientas.
✓ Seguimiento a los estándares SMS 2.0 (+QDCI, manejo de ayudas visuales, estandarización de trabajo, robustez
de proceso, mejora continua, cuidado de equipos).
