今回は、血友病B治療薬オルプロリクスに対するマーケティング業務:マーケティングプラン(製品戦略)の作成、それに向けた調査の設計および実行推進・短期・長期売上予測、マーケティング戦略遂行のためのアクティビティ実行、KOLとの交渉、戦略のMRへの落とし込みを行える人財を求めています。

●マーケティングプラン(製品戦略)の作成

●マーケティング戦略遂行のためのアクティビティ実行(資材作成、セミナーの企画など)
●戦略やアクティビティを営業に落とし込む など
希少疾患領域のため、全国の患者さんの状況を把握していくことができます。
血友病領域は、患者数は少ないですが、多くの企業が競合しているcompetitiveな環境です。その中で、マーケティングの働きによりパラダイムシフトが起こせる非常に面白いマーケットとなっています。そのためには、国内海外の最新情報を入手し、専門医、非専門医が抱える問題を見つけ、解決することが重要です。

Sanofi currently has three marketed drugs in the hemophilia field and plans to launch additional new drugs in the future. Alprolix is the world's first extended half-life treatment for hemophilia B and has been on the market for 11 years. It holds a significant position both in the hemophilia B market and in Sanofi’s overall revenue.
We are seeking a talent who can take on marketing responsibilities for Alprolix, a hemophilia B treatment. This includes creating marketing plans (product strategies), designing and executing market research, making short- and long-term sales forecasts, implementing activities to execute marketing strategies, negotiating with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and translating strategies into action for medical representatives (MRs).

● Translating strategies and activities into actionable plans for the sales team
As this is a rare disease area, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the patient landscape nationwide. Although the number of hemophilia patients is relatively small, the market is highly competitive with many companies involved. This creates a dynamic and exciting environment where marketing efforts can drive paradigm shifts. To succeed, it is crucial to stay updated on the latest domestic and international information, identify issues faced by both specialists and non-specialists, and work on solutions.

・The Japanese market holds significant scale globally, allowing you to have a considerable level of influence.
・In the field of hemophilia B, a new drug launch is planned for the near future, offering further growth opportunities.
[Requirements (MUST)]
● At least 3 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (any therapeutic area)
● Strong communication skills (for building relationships with KOLs and cross-functional collaboration with other departments)
● Ability to take initiative and work autonomously on tasks and challenges
● Strong time management skills to set clear goals and timelines and complete tasks on schedule
● Native-level Japanese proficiency
● Business-level English proficiency
[Preferred Qualifications (WANT)]
● Experience leading the development of a brand plan ● Experience independently creating sales forecasts
● TOEIC score of 730 or higher
