职位目的：
结合团队中央的准入策略在区域落地执行，确保公司不同生命周期重点产品最大化关键医院和患者可及； 以KA联合跨部门搭建区域（省/市级）医院管理学术平台，聚焦医院管理层建立战略合作伙伴关系； 带领团队创新方式推动关键医院院企合作，总结并转化为推动业务的可执行的策略方案，支持公司业务目标可及； 团队管理，建立和培养团队人才梯队，执行专业推广，遵守正确的行为规范
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
入职要求：
学历：
- 医药或相关行业大学本科或以上学历
工作经验和相关知识：
- 至少3年相关领域管理工作经验，有市场及准入相关经验优先；
- 熟悉大型公立医院准入相关政策、管理考核要求及创新合作方式；
- 熟悉医药领域销售及市场推广活动等方面工作经验和应用知识
核心能力素质：
- 优秀的大客户管理及谈判能力；
- 优秀的组织协调能力和执行力，能够带领团队有效推动策略在区域高质量落地。
- 优秀的团队管理能力, 业务为先理念下，确保团队以高效业绩达成预期目标，结果交付；
- 敢为人先，具备创新思维和极强的自驱力，并具备影响他人的能力；
- 卓越沟通和资源整合能力，能够联动区域跨部门共识目标及沟通解决业务需求。
