Job purpose
This role will be responsible for GenMed EP portfolio and all customer-facing activities in Taiwan.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize the sales and profitability of TW GenMed product portfolio.
Develop and implement commercial strategies that prioritize customer engagement and relationship building.
Lead the team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, and finance to achieve business objectives.
Transform the "Go-to-Market" business model and modernize the evolution of business operating mode.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all GenMed EP portfolios and execution customer-facing activities in Taiwan with the mandate to:
Deliver sales target
Deliver top -line growth efficiently and maximize BOI
Drive business transformation and accelerate operational efficiency with digitally enabled & customer first operating model
Collaborate with cross functional teams and centralized Marketing Hub to foster sales execution target and customer facing activities.
Successfully implement transformation (including new GTM, ways of working evolution, and cultural initiatives) with a robust change management plan while delivering business results and maintaining employee engagement.
Build culture: role model and champion Play-to-Win behaviours, TRT, DE&I, corporate commitments, and ensure compliance internally and externally, achieve with integrity.
Foster people engagement, and continuously develop team, talents, and capabilities and provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the teams.
Manage commercial team with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Ensures the continuous evolution and refinement of the agile and self-organized model in the team.
Ensure seamless roll-out and implementation of new Sanofi initiatives (ie: Leveraging data and AI) to accelerate & scale -up new operating models (digital 1st, digital pure play, etc.)

About you
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Science, business management or a related field; MBA or post graduate degree in a business relevant area preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
Educational and professional background with track record of performance in managing business and operations in complex and demanding industries.
Experience in leading operational teams (marketing and sales) and deep understanding of local commercial operations.
Deep understanding of local market environment and healthcare policy.
Digital Experience with Customer facing approach and GTM exposure.
Capacity to challenge the status quo to enhance business efficiency with an entrepreneurial mindset respecting centralized and global approaches.
Ability to inspire & engage teams.
